The website content, service finder and suggested customer journeys are provided for general information and orientation. They do not create a client relationship, confirmed booking, supplier appointment or professional advisory relationship. A service relationship starts only when we confirm that we can assist and the relevant scope, provider, price, timing and terms have been agreed.

Submitting an enquiry or service request does not guarantee that we can assist, accept the request, meet a deadline, provide a particular supplier or achieve a specific outcome. We will review the information you provide and respond with the relevant next step where appropriate.

These are practical suggestions, not a statement that every customer must purchase or complete each service. The correct sequence depends on your circumstances and will be confirmed before anything is arranged.

Do not send passwords, alarm codes, key-safe codes or payment-card details through general website forms. Secure access arrangements are confirmed separately when required.
